At VitalGlo, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item you wish to exchange, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If your exchange is approved, we will ship out the replacement item within 3-4 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are free.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement.
  • We may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item before we can approve a replacement.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.
